Ministry Activities include, but are not limited to Indian Institute of Theological Studies (IITS).

 

IITS has three steps of training programs:

First step, seeks to equip leaders and pastors who have never had any training in dealing with the challenging aspects of their ministry and future leaders to develop the tools to be able to serve the church and society more effectively in the areas of counseling, spiritual guidance, social problems and the physical well being of those under their care.  Thus we hope to empower and transform those leaders and future leaders who come to learn in our training centers.

Second step, it is directed towards pastors, Evangelist, church planters, professionals, Business People, and Government officials. Finding time is of great preeminent to these people; therefore this will be conducted on a quarterly basis through weekend workshops and Seminars in partnership with other organizations or churches that will help to identify those with the most urgent needs). Imparting leadership training through practically applied tools that can be effectively utilized within their own unique settings.

Third step, Training future leaders through our Bachelor of Theology (B.Th), Master of Divinity (M.Div), and Master of Theology (M.Th) degree programs; which provides biblical foundation, contextual ministry and discipleship. We are concerned for those who normally cannot afford any form of training; they are individuals who come from underprivileged backgrounds or situations that prevent them from joining the many Bible schools available.

It is connecting, Renewing, Leading, Transforming.

Our Accountability: This ministry is accountable to an advisory board comprised of people from various backgrounds within India.

Our Future Plan: These have not yet been put into place and are in the planning stage.

We hope to start a home for young girls eventually. Due to the practice of dowry by many people in India often places the position of the girl child in a very negative light. Underprivileged families often abandon or kill their daughters due to this reason. Otherwise, there is the fear of becoming involved in the sex trafficking industry for these precious children.

We hope to build a department called Center for Language and Communication (CLC), which will be a center within IITS. It will aim at training young professionals in perfecting their English and improving their communication skills to prepare for jobs within major cosmopolitan cities in India and aboard.

We hope to partner with various local churches who we hope can support us and take ownership of this ministry in the long run.

We hope to organize concerts and other activities to raise awareness and funds for Global Mission Church.
